Terms of service

1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Marc Schweizer
By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
The prerequisite for the conclusion of a valid contract is that the delivery address for the goods is available. By placing an order on www.limited-vinyl.ch you confirm that you are of legal age or that you have the consent of your parents or legal representative or legal representative to place an order on limited-vinyl.ch. The products, services and prices that are published under the webshop are considered offers. These offers can be canceled at any time in the event of an inability to deliver or an incorrect price indication (on the part of the manufacturer, supplier). The contract is concluded as soon as the contractual partner is online via the web shop. An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the contractual partner immediately by email. Receipt of the order confirmation does not imply any assurance that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It only indicates to the contractual partner that the order placed has been received by us and the contract has thus been concluded, subject to the subsequent conditions of delivery impossibility, incorrect price information or according to No. 5/6 of the GTC. If one of the named conditions resolving the problem occurs, we will notify the contractual partner of this in writing or by telephone within 20 working days after receipt of the order or 2 working days before an agreed or announced delivery date and, if possible, submit any alternative offer.
